Delivery, Refunds and Returns
- All UK orders will be packaged and dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail service within 24 hours of the order being placed, if ordered Monday to Friday (only for orders placed before 12-noon on Fridays). Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- All orders outside the UK, will be packaged and dispatched via the Royal Mail's International Standard service.
- Once dispatched UK customers should receive their order by the next working day (excluding bank holidays, etc.). European orders aim to be delivered between 3-5 working days, with all other international orders aiming to be delivered between 5-7 working days.
- Please note that all delivery times and dates are based on the service provided by the Royal Mail and in some rare cases the delivery may arrive later than expected. 92blossoms™ Ltd is in no way associated or liable for any of the services provided by the Royal Mail.
- The cost of Postage and Packaging for:
- UK = £2.50
- Europe = £4.99
- Rest of World = £4.99-5.99 (weight dependent)
- If there is a delay in dispatching your order for any reason, you will be notified via the email address used to complete the order.
- If you are unhappy with the product(s) you have purchased from us and would like to discuss a refund or exchange you have 30 days from the date when the order was placed to do so.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- We work on a case-by-case basis so please get in contact with us by Clicking Here. We aim to respond via email within 1 working day
Please be aware:
- Any Postage and Packaging purchased cannot be refunded.
- We can only offer a refund on products that are not used or damaged and still remain in their original packaging unopened (i.e. the card with the card’s envelope must still be sealed and unopened in their cellophane wrapping).
- Any refund (if approved) will be issued once the product(s) has been successfully returned to us and is deemed resalable by us. All being well and approved a refund email will be sent outlining the details of the refund.
- In cases where the product is deemed by us as unsellable (used, damaged and or not in their original packaging) a partial refund may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.
- Please allow between 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you still haven’t received the refund after this period of time please contact your bank and or credit/debit card provider first as there is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please Contact Us.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
- Please do not return any products to us without contact us first or before we agree to receive the returned item(s). This makes it difficult for us to find out where/who this return has come from and will result in you not receiving any refund or exchange.
- All products that are returned will be at your own cost
